Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Private Sales account and the data stored with it. Private Sales is made by Onyxfish LLC.
In the game
- Open Account, from the title screen or the game menu.
- Choose Delete cloud data and confirm.
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, sign in with that account again when asked. This confirms it’s you.
Your account and cloud save are deleted right away. The game keeps working with the save on your device, and cloud saves are turned off.
You can also turn off Enable cloud saves on the Account screen and choose Also delete my cloud save and account.
If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also stops Private Sales using Sign in with Apple, and the game disappears from the Sign in with Apple list in your Apple Account settings.
Without the game
If you can’t open the game, email privacy@onyxfish.dev with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us one of these, so we can find your account:
- If you signed in with Google or Apple: send the email from the address you signed in with, or tell us that address. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, give us the relay address.
- If you played as a guest: give us the account ID shown on the Account screen.
We’ll confirm the request with you, then delete your account and cloud save within 30 days.
Deleting the game from your device doesn’t delete your account. Neither does removing Private Sales from Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
What gets deleted
- your account, including the email address and the Google or Apple sign-in linked to it;
- your cloud save;
- if you signed in with Apple, the game’s permission to use your Sign in with Apple account.
What we keep, and for how long
- The save on your device. It stays until you delete the game or its data.
- Usage and crash data, if you shared it. It isn’t linked to your account, so deleting your account doesn’t delete it. It expires on its own: usage data after 2 months, crash reports after 90 days.
- Emails you’ve sent us. We keep them as long as we need them to help you or to keep a record of our dealings with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
After we delete information, copies can remain in the backups of Google, which stores cloud saves for us, for a limited time, until those backups are replaced.
Version history
- October 22, 2026 (current) Adds that, at least once a year, we delete accounts unused for more than 3 years. States how long emails, deletion records and backups are kept. Lists the catalogue and the record of what you agreed to among what gets deleted. Says that only deleting your account in the game removes it from Sign in with Apple.
